We recently inherited a 4-bedroom house from my father-in-law. And that was in a quite run-down state. We wanted to keep the house in the family but did not need to live in it, having another family home we are very happy with. We decided to keep it to rent out. But it needed a bit of love and attention before that was possible. Hampstead Design Hub took our brief and came up with three proposals that were all within our budget and smartened the house up. Now it is rented with great tenants. Brilliant result.
