Residential – Ingham Road

This project was done for our Client – a couple, who had purchased a handsome Victorian house set within West Hampstead.

We redesigned 3 floors of a Victorian property to create a new and contemporary family home. The goal was to design a modern home with a nod to Coastal and Hampton styles. Bespoke furniture and lighting design with understated yet luxurious and sophisticated materials and finishes created a tranquil and calm space. This is a light and an airy spacious home where we kept neutral walls and added pops of colour and texture. We chose a neutral colour scheme with a few bright accents to keep the interior spacious and light.

Everyone has their own space in the house where they can relax and work. As well as place where couple can spend time together and entertain their guests.

Extension into the garden, add space, natural light and increase value of the property.

Landscape design was provided by our partner Refolo Landscape Architects: Planting arrangement was designed. Keeping the garden style tied to the beautiful house interior. Our Client asked for a beautiful and naturally aged garden with a feature tree visible from the hall and kitchen. The Front Garden – elegant and sophisticated and complimenting the new interior and façade of the house.
